Taylor Brooke Brewery and taproom is located on a 44 acre farm in historic Woodstock, CT, down the hill from Taylor Brooke Winery.

We ferment something for everyone–hop forward IPAs, smooth milk stouts, fruity sours, crisp lagers, and more–plus, we also offer the full wine menu from Taylor Brooke Winery, right here in our taproom.

We feature live music every weekend, delicious food trucks, and a beautiful meet up spot. Come hang out with us!

Brewing in Woodstock is our newest experimental golden ale, and it's pouring at Taylor Brooke right now 🍻 🍺 We built this beer as a bridge between two worlds: the smooth, approachable character of a classic cream ale, and the hop-forward personality of a West Coast IPA. The result is something that we think is uniquely Connecticut — crisp and clean from flaked corn and rice, with a finish driven by Czech Saaz hops that's herbal, spicy, and just a little unexpected. 🍺 At 4.8% ABV it's an easy-drinking beer with real craft depth, and we're genuinely curious what you think of it. 🍺 Why "Brewing in Woodstock"? Because that's exactly what we're doing — experimenting, refining, and building toward something bigger.
