Taylor Brooke Brewery and taproom is located on a 44 acre farm in historic Woodstock, CT, down the hill from Taylor Brooke Winery.

We ferment something for everyone–hop forward IPAs, smooth milk stouts, fruity sours, crisp lagers, and more–plus, we also offer the full wine menu from Taylor Brooke Winery, right here in our taproom.

We feature live music every weekend, delicious food trucks, and a beautiful meet up spot. Come hang out with us!

Farmed & Foraged is back in cans and back in the taproom 🍻 Soured in the brew kettle overnight with lactobacillus. Estate foraged elderberries were processed and added during secondary fermentation which adds a woodsy-floral and dark fruit flavor. With bracing tannin and intense acidity, this elderberry sour is not to be missed.
